The Exosome RNA and Protein Isolation Kit allows the isolation of total RNA and proteins from exosome samples obtained from biological fluids (e.g., exosomes prepared using Total Exosome Isolation from cell culture media).
• Facilitates extraction of highly pure total RNA, including the small RNA fraction.
• Enables simultaneous recovery of RNA and protein from the same sample.
• Compatible with all existing exosome isolation protocols.

This kit is intended for isolating both RNA and protein from pre-isolated or enriched exosomes. It is suitable for studies involving RNA expression (especially miRNA), RNA processing, and functional analysis. The workflow permits the recovery of RNA and proteins from the same purified exosome preparation. One part of the sample undergoes organic extraction followed by RNA binding on glass-fiber filters to purify total RNA or enrich small RNA species. The remaining portion can be used directly for standard protein applications such as Western blotting.

Ultra-pure RNA can be obtained within approximately 30–60 minutes, and the resulting RNA is suitable for diverse downstream applications including qRT-PCR, high-throughput sequencing, microarray analysis, solution hybridization assays, and blot hybridization.
